Return Refund Policy

At Pinki Engineering & Supplier, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality door and cabinet hardware products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

Products must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return
Contact us via email at info@pinkiengineering.com or call us within 7 days.

Share your order number, product details, and images/videos of the defect or issue.

Our team will review and approve the return if it meets the eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or bulk orders manufactured specifically as per client requirements.

Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or external factors.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
